The Sehat Box started with a simple observation.

After living in bigger cities for many years and later moving to Salumber, we realized that people living away from home had very limited options for healthy, homely food. Students, working professionals, bachelors staying away from their loved ones often had to choose between expensive restaurant food or unhygienic local meals.

We felt there was a real need for food that is not just affordable and filling, but also clean, comforting, and made with care — just like home.

There were also many families who wanted healthy meals for their children or elderly parents when they themselves were away. At that time, we saw that Salumber lacked a service that could provide not only food, but also trust and care.

That’s how The Sehat Box began.

Today, after serving 700+ orders, we feel this journey is much more than a business. For us, it is a service towards society — making people feel cared for, even when they are away from home.

The Sehat Box की शुरुआत एक साधारण सोच से हुई।

कई वर्षों तक बड़े शहरों में रहने और बाद में सलूम्बर आने के बाद हमें महसूस हुआ कि घर से दूर रहने वाले लोगों के लिए साफ़, हेल्दी और घर जैसा खाना मिलना बहुत मुश्किल है। नौकरी या पढ़ाई के लिए बाहर रहने वाले लोग अक्सर या तो महंगे रेस्टोरेंट के खाने पर निर्भर रहते हैं या फिर ऐसे भोजन पर जो स्वाद तो देता है, लेकिन स्वच्छता और पोषण में कमी होती है।

हमें लगा कि एक ऐसे भोजन की ज़रूरत है जो सिर्फ पेट ही नहीं, दिल भी भर दे — साफ़, सादा, किफायती और घर जैसा।

कई परिवारों को भी अपने बच्चों या बुज़ुर्गों के लिए हेल्दी भोजन की चिंता रहती थी, खासकर जब वे स्वयं घर पर मौजूद नहीं होते थे। उस समय सलूम्बर में ऐसी कोई सेवा नहीं थी जो सिर्फ खाना नहीं, बल्कि अपनापन और भरोसा भी दे सके।

यहीं से The Sehat Box की शुरुआत हुई।

आज 700+ ऑर्डर्स पूरे करने के बाद हमें लगता है कि यह सिर्फ एक व्यवसाय नहीं, बल्कि समाज के प्रति हमारी एक सेवा है — ताकि घर से दूर रहने वाले लोगों को भी घर जैसा एहसास मिल सके।
